Romania offers a lot of investment opportunities in agriculture and farming market. Purchase cost of agricultural lands in Romania are from 800 to 1500/200 € per hectare, depending on fact that terrain are located in hill or plain, and are available in jointed lots from minimum 10 hectares to maximum 2000 hectares. European Community allocates a lot of contributions and grants without reimburse to purchase machinery, barn, factory buildings and plants for productions and working of products (see Sapard). Agricultural lands are higly fertile due to fact they aren’t exploited in an intensive way, just for pasture or domestic employ; many terrains are uncultivated and they did’t suffer use of chemical or herbicides.
